Needs more nashira legs/enfeebling cape? I'm not too bothered, they will come in time.

Not changed in a long time, and it's more than adequate, so keeping it like this unless I want to needlessly burn money on a serket ring for 20 more mp return.
Dark magic

I use Chasauble and Wise cap for chainspell stuns, not sure if I should have them on for drain/aspir too as they have fairly low acc thanks to RDM's dark skill. I should probably have more haste on for stun, but I don't carry haste gear when I'm doing general support RDM stuff. Besides, I've needed to stun again before the recast is up (things like Sandworm KA and ACP final fight).
Enmity down

For when I need to heal people and have alot of hate accumulated. Also helps in long fights with hate resets.
Idle

Basic mage idle set gives a decent standing MP (in case of MP refils in limbus/dynamis, and to trigger ToAU latent refresh sooner) also provides a little PDT-%, and I usually add more if I'm doing something where I'm more likely to get hit (soloing, or when I expect to be kiting something). Oh, and auto refresh/regen. No points for telling me what item is missing here.
MND potency

Needs a 2nd earring and morri feet. After that, very expensive HQs (3 MND earrings, mahatma body, mistilteinn).
MND - medium acc

Semi-resistant stuff. Mix of accuracy and potency.
MND - high acc

For slow/paralyze when they are fussy to land. If they don't land after a couple of tries in this, then the mob is likely immune.
Nuke - resists

Should be used on anything VT or above. Errant Cuffs when MCB's aren't active. Could invest in Genie gages, but I don't often use this set. If I'm resisting alot, it's likely that I'm fighting something we brought BLMs to nuke instead. Admittedly, I could use them for resting as well.
Nuke - damage

Hurts more, but resists more.

Subligar.
Ouch set

Needs more work. HQs are rare and cost money, and I don't like spending money. (Obviously terra's staff when I'm not meleeing)
Stoneskin

Could add some haste, but that would result in losing MP if I cast it pre-fight. Maybe another set on a separate macro (which I don't have space for) may help. Add communion earring and prism cape for /blm.
Stoneskin - melee

For campaign etc. More skill to lower interrupts, not sure whether to go for haste in other slots or spell interrupt. Starts casting in full fast cast, should probably keep AF2 body on and put MND elsewhere to keep recast down too.
Utsusemi

So I heard it's possible to be immune to spell interrupts with 102% in gear. May have to attempt an interrupt set for :ichi. Also needs haste legs (nashira or ASA augments, whichever comes first).

Haste legs needed, love torque if I'm using dagger. Better to stick with coeurl gorget if I'm dagger/sword? I've not yet used sword/sword, but that's supposed to be a virtue stone in ammo. Could use Lava's/Kusha's rings, but NM camping isn't much fun, and the effort could be better spent elsewhere.
RDM WS

My most half-assed set. Not got a build for Death Blossom, I just use my acc/att stuff from vorpal and evisceration. But really, who cares? It's a RDM melee set.
Missing stuff
-Dragoon. Will post it another time
-MDT set. Is about as good as my PDT set (ie: not)
-Enmity+ set. It's on a mule along with MDT should the sky fall and I need to tank something. Again, not much work so not amazing.
